5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers. Our team will assist you with any delivery concerns.
6. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused, undamaged items in original packaging with tags. Customised or personalised items are non-returnable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after eligibility is confirmed.
7. Warranty
